well first of all you open up photo shop and then load a picture that you took on your own time. when it is loaded you press "shift Q" alot until you think its goods. then you go on the quare thingy and those the minature picture that looks like one fat black line. then you click two times on the area of the picture u wanted tilted. after that your press shift Q again
